2010 Changes to OCphotos

Thanks for taking a moment to look at whats in store for OCphotos and our customers for 2010!!

Exciting things are on the horizon for OCphotos! We have teamed up with Shawn McMillen Photography our NEW sister company and will be implementing some of their tried and true practices that they know work.  Lets take a moment to look at some of the changes in no particular order. After each number listed there are some Questions and Answers to help you understand exactly what this means to you!!

1. New Website and Design. Seems pretty self explanatory. New ordering system, new way to sort photos!  We think this new website will be much more user friendly and much easier for the customer to find, view and order photos.

Q: What kind of changes?

A: For starters there is a completely new ordering system. We also have changed the way in which the photos are viewed making it so much easier for you to find your entry number. All shows now will be posted on the internet after an event. They will be up for a limited time only and then will no longer be available.

2. Shawn McMillen Photography will be taking a more active role in our day to day operations.

Q: What does this mean exactly?

A: Our sister company Shawn McMillen Photography will be helping in our day to day operations. Shawn, Melissa and staff will be onsite from time to time assisting us and helping us refine our already outstanding product.

Q: Will there be a staff change?

A: Not exactly. Most if not all of the people that you have established relationships with will be around. There might be a new face from time to time but this is just the nature of the business and has nothing to do with the 2010 changes.

Q: Where is David?

A: David is still around! David is concentrating on OCImageworks and growing that aspect of the business. You will still see him from time to time at shows here and there. David decided that in the best interest of all  OC customers, be it Photos or Signs, that this change would be best for all parties involved. He is running the day to day of OCImageworks and Shawn McMillen Photography is running the day to day of OCphotos. We are confident that past, current and future OC Customers will appreciate and benefit from these changes.

A: Connie is excited to show you the new ordering system inside the slighly redesigned OC Trailer. Please ask her if you have any questions about the new system!
